No refunds will be issued for tickets or other merchandise purchased on the site.

Exchanges

Tickets which have not been redeemed will be reissued directly through the website.  Tickets become void at the conclusion of the specific day or event.

Gifts

Tickets purchased online may be used by any bearer of the QR code.  The purchaser is solely responsiible for the safe keeping and distribution of the QR codes/tickets.
