How do online tickets work?

Ordering tickets online is quick and easy.

Select the number or tickets you wish to order and click "Add to Cart".  The Cart will be updated with the tickets you have selected.

Verify the tickets and quantity in the Cart and click "Proceed to checkout" when you are satisfied with your order.  You can remove tickets by clicking the red X by a particular ticket.

Enter your email address and your billing address.

Select your payment method and complete the required card/account information. Click "Place Order".

You will be presented with an order summary.  Here you can view a PDF version of your tickets.  You will also receive a copy by email.

You will need to present the QR code (either on your device or on paper) when you check in at the venue.  Each QR code can be used only once.  The venue will scan the QR code to verify the ticket.  Some venues/events will give you a wristband or other evidence that you have paid.

Where are my tickets?

Your tickets were sent to the email address you listed at the time of purchase.

Why were my tickets sent from MyTicketMachine.com?

Your venue is using MyTicketMachine.com as the official place to order online tickets.

Help, I lost the tickets that I purchased online.

Return to the ticket ordering site in the menu at the top of the page.  Enter your email and click the "Resend Tickets" button.  Your tickets will be sent to your email address.  If you cannot locate your tickets, please check your spam and trash folders.  Remember, your QR code ticket can only be used one time regardless of the number of copies that you possess.

I think I may have entered a wrong email address when I ordered my tickets.

Please reach out to your event.  They can look up your order and correct your email address.

What if I want to attend more than one day?

Many tickets are "Single Day" tickets (although some may be season or multi-day).  You may purchase as many tickets as you wish.  Each ticket will have its own QR code and you can validate any that you choose at the check-in point and reserve others to use on another day.

What is the refund policy?

Your venue has requested that all online tickets be non-refundable.  My Ticket Machine and your event do not have the ability to refund your tickets.

What are the rules for my event?
